 This research aims to produce a new design of employee recruitment for the position store head or pharmacist and financial management calculation in at XYZ branch Surabaya. The object is profitable business venture pharmaceutical field establishes procurement sale needs general public with national standards Indonesia. tests used selection system as well company's budget qualitative methods. was analyzed using spider diagram method B.E.S.S.T, Basory's - Economic Suggestions Solutions Trouble – simple statements recruitment. Based on this research, can be an alternative evaluating potential employees get best candidates. produces scientific novelty regarding six indicators recruitment, namely salary, social network, experience, education, communication, capital, generating efficiency effectiveness related recruitment.
